Me: Good Morning Caitlin
Caitlin: (has Sylvanians lined up on balcony of the Sylvanian House) I am taking the Sylvanians winter photo!
Me: What? That's so weird...I'm going to say good morning to my normal children (opens Boys' bedroom door)
Nathan: Hey Mum the sky is pink
(at which point, bemused by my odd children, I went back to bed!!)
All sat at the table having lunch
Lewis: Hey Nathan, what are you doing?
Nathan: I'm clapping my feet!
(All sat watching a baby dragon hatching on Merlin)
Very old and wise dragon: A dragon birth is monumental....( and other dramatic build up) What will you call him, Merlin?
Nathan: Call him Eggbert!!
Me: Who was Jesus?
Nathan: The sword of God! (He meant Son of God...bless him)
You just can't beat the things kids say, it's what keeps me going :)
