New Year's Resolutions

My resolution for 2014 was to learn the 13 Articles of Faith...can you believe it, I actually did it!!!  That's a first ever!  So I am thinking spiritual goals are the way to go.  A no brainer now I think about it!
I saw a couple of quotes from President Monson pop up on my facebook feed so these will be the basis of my 2015 goals.
"At the advent of a new year, I challenge Latter-day Saints everywhere to undertake a personal, diligent, significant quest for what I call the abundant life—a life filled with an abundance of success, goodness, and blessings. Just as we learned the ABCs in school, I offer my own ABCs to help us all gain the abundant life.
A in my ABCs refers to attitude.
B is for believe—in yourself, in those around you, and in eternal principles.
C is for courage. Courage becomes a worthwhile and meaningful virtue when it is regarded not so much as a willingness to die manfully but as a determination to live decently.
"

I need to have a think about how I can achieve these, but I think that to start with I am going to set a goal to read the New Testament in 2015 because how can I live like Jesus Christ if I don't know His story?
Speaking of challenges, I am also trying this one...it's taking a LOT longer than 30 days, but already I have seen things I never thought I would.

And finally, Elder Wright, a wonderful missionary in our ward who spoke at Nathan's baptism and has a slight fixation on the Lego Movie, gave a talk in sacrament that really inspired me.  He talked about his experience of depression and how he has decided he needs to build joy.  I need that in my life, so in 2015 I am going to try and build joy.
My best wishes to you and yours for the New Year.
