While I support the LOR strikers including my uncle and cousin who have been on the picket line this week, can I also say that I am glad the strike was over yesterday because it means that Lewis gets today off, yipee! He was supposed to go and man the strikes at 6am this morning on overtime as this was supposed to be his rest day anyway. I did toy with the idea of visiting the strikes this morning (if they had still been going) and taking some goodies for Lewis and some for Sam (my cousin) and seeing what kind of reaction that got!! I'm all about the contrversy he he!
Yesterday was a little chaotic but fun as we had Dylan over for the day. He is a lovely little boy and plays really well with our kids. We sure will miss him when he goes back to the USA. It's weird to think he won't even remember spending time with us, but that also means I get to be this exotix (ish) auntie from England who sends gifts over...I don't mind that so much :)
